Tether has unveiled a new educational division aimed at fostering skills development in blockchain technology and digital domains. This initiative will offer a range of courses, workshops, and resources, creating what it terms a “smart education environment” through collaboration with industry experts and leaders.
Dubbed Tether Edu, the program will concentrate its efforts on emerging markets across continents such as Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and Asia. Alongside blockchain, it will cover diverse subjects including design, artificial intelligence, and coding.
In addition to developing fresh educational content, Tether Edu will streamline existing initiatives, including partnerships with institutions like the Academy of Digital Industry in Georgia and Thailand’s crypto exchange Bitkub. Moreover, Tether sponsors events like the Plan B Summer School in Lugano, Switzerland.
Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, emphasised the transformative potential of financial tools like USDt and stressed the pivotal role of education in reshaping economic landscapes. While some materials may be offered for a fee, the initiative, which is still in its preparatory phase, is actively recruiting talent across human resources and financial sectors.
Tether Edu project is truly dear to me.
Do not be mistaken, this is not yet another blockchain course. Actually it couldn’t be far from that.
Tether Edu is aiming to build a comprehensive and global edu-tech platform, focused on online learning across many different fields.… https://t.co/FgX6Telr1T
