According to a new product catalogue published on Wednesday, electric vehicle maker Tesla is releasing a Cyberwhistle inspired by its Cybertruck line. The company wrote:
“Inspired by Cybertruck, the limited-edition Cyberwhistle is a premium collectible made from medical-grade stainless steel with a polished finish. The whistle includes an integrated attachment feature for added versatility.”
All transactions are final, and shipment is anticipated within four to six weeks. In addition, Tesla asks consumers to pay only in Dogecoin (DOGE). At the time of publishing, the price tag is 1,000 DOGE, or around $60. Taxes and delivery are included in the price of DOGE.
Tesla claims that Dogecoin is the only cryptocurrency company currently accepting specific products. As with all digital assets transactions, improper payment amounts or asset types submitted to its address will not be reversed or returned. Users must have a Dogecoin wallet to purchase Tesla products.
“It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that Dogecoin is transferred accurately.”
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has been a big proponent of the meme currency, stating last year that Dogecoin is superior to Bitcoin for payments. After Tesla’s lead, SpaceX began taking Dogecoin as payment for items in May.

The wealthy software entrepreneur recently increased his support for DOGE following a $258 billion lawsuit alleging the currency is a crypto Ponzi scheme. “I will keep supporting Dogecoin,” he said.
